Enrolling in a professional training program is a big decision, and our enrolling students take it seriously.
By the time the typical NEIH student enrolls in a Clinical Hypnotherapy training program, he/she has spoken with someone in our office, asked questions, and gotten a sense of who we are, and what NEIH is about. We don't require student phone interviews as a prerequisite for enrollment; nonetheless, we are happy when a prospective student takes the time to call and to get any questions answered. We also are committed to sharing information about our programs very openly on our websites. And here's why. We want our students to be comfortable with their enrollment decision, to be certain they have chosen the right program for them, and to succeed with our programs.
As you know, we deal with digital media in our Distance learning programs, and sometimes a disk doesn't work properly. We happily replace a disk or disks that don't work properly. Occasionally, a student has an older DVD player or computer which doesn't play current media formats; we have alternate methods to deliver the material to him and we will be happy to make alternate media formats available to our students who require that.
If a student wants to return his NEIH training material, he is welcome to do so subject to our Return Policy, which is this:
1. Return an unopened training to our facility within 14 days of the original delivery date of the training to the student. All NEIH digital trainings ship in shrinkwrap. Trainings without the original intact shrinkwrap will not be refunded. Trainings purchased in a training package such as CH201/CH202 or CH205 must be returned together and unopened to qualify for a refund.
2. Call the office at 888-457-7999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA# before returning the training material. Only unopened, trainings that are returned undamaged within 14 days of their original delivery date and with an RMA will be refunded.
3. All returned trainings are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
