Enrolling in a professional training program is a big decision, and our enrolling students take it seriously.
By the time the typical NEIH student enrolls in a Clinical Hypnotherapy training program, he/she has spoken with someone in our office, asked questions, and gotten a sense of who we are, and what NEIH is about. We don't require student phone interviews as a prerequisite for enrollment; nonetheless, we are happy when a prospective student takes the time to call and to get any questions answered. We also are committed to sharing information about our programs very openly on our websites. And here's why. We want our students to be comfortable with their enrollment decision, to be certain they have chosen the right program for them, and to succeed with our programs.
As you know, we deal with digital media in our Distance learning programs, and sometimes a disk doesn't work properly. We happily replace a disk that doesn't work properly although we can't be held responsible if your player doesn't work properly or if your computer doesn't have adequate memory to play large media files. Occasionally, a student has an older DVD player or computer which doesn't play current media formats; we have alternate methods to deliver the material to him and we will be happy to make alternate media formats available to our students.
When a student wants to return his NEIH training material, he is welcome to do so within our Return Policy, which is this. A student may return his training material to NEIH within 12 calendar days of the original shipping date from NEIH to the student, for a refund (less vendor shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee), as long as he does the following:
1. Calls the office for an RMA# before returning the training material. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. The training or training package needs to be returned to NEIH via the original method of shipment in the original packaging. Digital material is subject to damage from extended heat and jostling, so package your returns carefully.
2. Returns all training material in original condition to our facility; the material has to be received by NEIH within 10 calendar days of the original shipment date from NEIH to the student. A return of incomplete training material will not qualify for a refund. The return of a portion of a CH201/CH202 or CH205 will not qualify for a refund. In this case, training materials will be returned to the student. If there is evidence that the student duplicated the training material without NEIH written permission and then returned the training to NEIH, the refund request will be denied.
3. If the student does not meet the return deadline requirement or fails to meet one or more of the above requirements in the case of a single unused training, he can still qualify for a refund of 75% of the original enrollment cost less original vendor shipping cost and restocking fees, at the discretion of NEIH.
NEIH has had fewer than 5 returns in the 9 years we have been offering distance learning programs, so we don't expect you to want to return it.
