RETURN POLICY

Enrolling in a training program is a serious decision, and our enrolling students do take it seriously.

By the time the typical NEIH student enrolls in a training program, he/she has spoken with someone in our office at least once, asked questions, and gotten a  sense of who we are, and what NEIH is about.  We don't require student phone interviews as a prerequisite for enrollment; nonetheless, we are happy when a prospective student takes the time to call and to get any questions answered.  We also are committed to sharing information about our programs very openly on our websites.  And here's why.  We want our students to be comfortable with their enrollment decision, to be certain they have chosen the right program for them,  and to succeed with our programs.

As you know, we deal with digital media in our Distance learning programs, and sometimes a disk doesn't work properly.  We happily replace a disk that doesn't work properly although we can't be held responsible if your player doesn't work properly or if your computer doesn't have adequate memory to play large media files.   Occasionally, a student has an older DVD player or computer which doesn't play current media formats; we have alternate methods to deliver the material to him and we will be happy to make alternate media formats available to our students.

When a student wants to return his NEIH training material, he is welcome to do so within our Return Policy, which is this.  A student may return his training material within 12 days of the original shipping date for a full refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee, as long as he does the following:

1. Calls the office for an RMA# before returning the training material. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.  After an RMA is given, the student has 12 days to get the training to the designated NEIH address shipped by either UPS or FEDEX.  Digital material is subject to damage from extended heat and jostling, so package your returns carefully.

2. Returns all training material in the condition it was received, within 12 days of the original shipment date. Partial return of training material will not qualify for a refund, nor will  returning damaged training material.  In this case, training material will be returned to the student.   Material that has been damaged in shipment or returned outside of the parameters of our return policy will not qualify for a refund.

3.  In every case, we must receive the returned training material within a maximum of 2 weeks of your shipping it to us and it must be shipped in original via the original shipper.  Failure to do so will invalidate your RMA #.

NEIH has had fewer than 5  returns in the 9 years we have been offering distance learning programs, and considering that we've trained over 4700 students, this speaks very well of our programs.  

So, join us with confidence, knowing that if for some reason, an NEIH training is not the right fit for you, you will be able to return it.
